Success in fitness is all about consistency. Keep showing up, keep putting in the effort, and results happen.

The hardest thing is finding something that will motivate us consistency. Finding a workout you love and recipes you enjoy is a big deal, but there are other factors that make a real difference in staying in it for the long haul.

That is why I brought a family fitness blog here, in short #fitfam blog.

Hello I am Rebecca Bennett, a health and fitness freak.

I’m fit fly girl from Chicago, with an eclectic list of past careers ranging from professional music theater to nursing. Although always a health and fitness information sponge, my true love exploded when someone dared me to run a marathon as joke.

Since then I have completed several 5k, 10k and 15k races, duathlons (Run/Bike/Run), over 10 half marathons, and is currently in my 4th full marathon training season. I also enjoy boxing, hiking, and cross-fit. I have found many creative ways to make staying healthy and fit a priority, even at 38,000 ft.
